All About Dustin

Okay, so I stole this idea from a friend who apparently stole it from a friend of hers. I thought I'd tell you a little bit about Dustin. He's obviously a big part of my life, and I don't talk about him too awful much on here, so here's a little bit about my man. Maybe, just maybe (don't hold your breath) I'll get him to answer these questions to give you his view on me.

1. He's sitting in front of the TV, what is on the screen?
If we had cable, it would definitely be the History Channel. But we don't, so he's forced to watch documentaries on PBS. Tuesday nights he would have House on.

2. You're out to eat; what kind of dressing does he get on his salad?
Thousand Island

3. What's one food he doesn't like?
Just one? Ranch dressing almost makes him vomit just to see or smell. He's not too fond of oatmeal or yogurt either, something the boys and I love.

4. You go out to the bar. What does he order?
We're not really bar kind of people, but he would probably order a beer or a Jack and Coke.

5. Where did he go to high school?
Sturgis

6. What size shoe does he wear?
13

7. If he was to collect anything, what would it be?
Toy tractors, well...I take that back, probably REAL tractors.

8. What is his favorite type of sandwich?
Probably turkey, cheese, and Miracle Whip (because a sandwich just isn't a sandwich without that tangy zip of Miracle Whip!)

9. What would he eat every day if he could?
Hmmm...that's a toughie, maybe my chocolate chip cookies?

10. What is his favorite cereal?
I would have to say either Frosted Shredded Mini Wheats or Lucky Charms.

11. What would he never wear?
Flip flops

12. What is his favorite sports team?
He's actually not that big of a sports nut, but I think I've converted him into a Notre Dame fan over the past few years. I'd also say the Colts and maybe the Lions, though he just said the other day he's definitely a fair-weather fan. Hey, at least he's honest.

13. Who will he vote for?
Well, if you know Dustin at all, you would know he is a very conservative Republican. Like obnoxiously so. Like to the point where it's not even worth talking about because he's so set in his opinion that he's right and you're wrong, period, end of discussion. Am I right Tammy?

14. Who is his best friend?
I would have to say I rank up there (I hope). But I would say Tom and Jeff are his best friends and have been for years and years, as long as I've known him.

15. What is something you do that he wishes you wouldn't do?
WHINE!

16. How many states has he lived in?
Just 2. Sturgis, Michigan and Lima, Ohio for awhile in college.

17. What is his heritage?
Predominantly German, I believe.

18. You bake him a cake for his birthday; what would it be?
Texas Sheet Cake or peanut butter pie.

19. Did he play sports in high school?
Nope, he was a band nerd, that's where we met!

20. What could he spend hours doing?
Fishing, hunting, wrestling with the boys.

21. What's something cool about him?
Ha! I'm not going to be near as sweet as Stephanie was on this. He had an offer about 10-12 years ago to appear on the show Guinness World Records for fitting the most hamburgers in his mouth at one time. Seriously. Cool or pathetic? I'll let you be the judge of that!
